2. Lamson Institute
Lamson Institute’s 36-week Medical Assistant program offers 720 instructional hours and includes seven learning modules plus a 160-hour externship. 3. Goodwill San Antonio
The Medical Assistant program at Goodwill San Antonio’s Good Careers Academy runs for 31 weeks and includes 740 total hours of training, with 160 hours dedicated to an externship.
